Members Only Travel is not a travel agency. We are a travel marketing organization. We do not directly deal with customers nor do we sell or arrange travel services. All travel sales are either purchased through the online websites of the various travel service providers or are fulfilled through individually licensed travel agents/agencies. However, if a customer of one of our preferred travel service providers has a complaint that has not been resolved to their satisfaction by the travel service provider we would like to be made aware of it.
