1.  Am I an employee of the company?

No.  You will be an independent contractor responsible for your own scheduling, your productivity and your expenses.

2.  Will I be limited to a geographic area in soliciting new accounts?

No.  While you will probably find significant opportunities within your geographical area, you may pursue any account, anywhere, anytime.

3.  What is my earning opportunity and is it limited?

We do not put any artificial limit on your earning opportunity.  The more accounts which you acquire and the more productive those accounts are will determine what your earnings will be.  Our hope is that a successful representative will acquire 20-30 productive accounts which will average $10,000-$15,000 per month in sales.  This could provide an income of $3500-$9000 per month.

4.  Is this a multilevel marketing organization?

No.  No one makes any money by recruiting new representatives into the organization.  We are a travel services marketing company.  We have devised a program that allows affinity organizations to benefit financially from the travel services which their members purchase.  The Company, and our Representatives, only make money when travel services are purchased.

5. Will I be entitled to discounted or free travel services like a travel agent?

No. Our Representatives are not operating or serving as travel agents. They are account managers who acquire and maintain relationships with nonprofit organizations who affiliate with Members Only Travel. They deal with the management/officers of the organization, not the members.

6. Who supplies the travel services offered through Members Only Travel?

We market all of the major cruise lines. Our tour and vacation services are primarily supplied by Travel Impressions which is wholly owned by American Express. Our standard travel services such as flights, hotels and car rentals are provided by World Choice Travel owned by Travelocity. By only dealing with well-established travel service providers our customers are assured of not only getting the best prices but also the best customer service.

7. Are the prices and services offered through Members Only Travel competitive in the general travel marketplace?

Yes. Our customers will never pay more than the going market rate for any travel service. However, because of the volume and the defined distribution pathway which Members Only Travel represents, our customers will often be offered exclusive travel opportunities and specially discounted prices.

8. Why do you require a $400 recoverable set up fee?

We believe that we offer a unique opportunity to individuals who want to build their own portfolio of client nonprofit organizations to create a continuing income stream from the travel services purchases of the members of those nonprofit organizations. We want to make sure that those people wishing to join our Representative Network are committed to taking advantage of this opportunity. Those that do will quickly reach the $50,000 total sales volume required to recover their set up fee through our bonus program. For those that don't, we will at least have been compensated for the efforts on our part to help them be successful.

9. How many Representatives are you planning to recruit?

Our recruitment is being governed by a ratio of Representatives to population. We are not in the business of recruiting representatives, we are in the business of helping our Representatives recruit nonprofit accounts whose members will purchase travel. A big state both physically and by population, like California, may require 30+ representatives compared to smaller states that might only have 2-5. Once we feel we have enough representation in a state or metropolitan area, we will cut off recruiting for that area. We expect the total number of Association Funding Representatives will be limited to somewhere between 500-800 nationwide.

10. What do I do to get started?

You need to review the Representative Agreement and note any questions you have. You then should submit the Representative Inquiry. We will contact you within 24 hours and answer your questions and ask a few of our own. Should we extend an invitation to join the Network and you accept, we can have you setup within two weeks.

11. What kind of training do I get?

Once you are accepted into the Network you will be given a login to our Rep Extranet. There you will find suggestions on the types of organizations to contact, how to contact them and how to present our opportunity. You will also find contract forms, brochures, contact letters and business card templates which you can printout to use in your efforts. You will also have access to our Representative Support Group that you can contact by phone or email to assist you and get you off to a great start.

12. Do I need any special equipment?

You should have a decent, color inkjet printer so that you can printout the brochures, cards and other promotional items available on our Rep Extranet. These can be printed on standard Avery papers or their store brand equivalents.

13. What does it take to be successful in this program?

Hard work. This isn’t a get rich quick scheme. It is a wonderful opportunity to present a valuable service to organizations that want to receive financial benefits from the travel service purchases by their membership and supporters. Their members are going to take cruises, buy vacations or stay in hotels anyway, you just have to show the organizations how affiliating with Members Only Travel enables them to benefit from those purchases.
